Worst customer service of all time.

<p>Two years ago I tried to buy a new vehicle from Ford Brits and I had to beg them just for a call back. I eventually went to them to purchase a new Ford Kuga. After receiving the car, I've noticed a few scratches on the "new" car. I took it back and they said they will repair the scratches. On 1030km on the odometer the gearbox went and I had to force them to give me a new car according to the consumers act. </p> <p>Now with the recall of the Kugas we were guaranteed a loan car for the duration of the recall. They provided me with a I10 and since I'm a farmer and bought a SUV for that purpose. I've requested a bigger vehicle to aid me in my working environment and the manager that's supposed to help the clients will not return the calls or just dint care. </p>
