Support with car rental

<p>My car broke down in Brits, and I have a maintenance plan on the car. Brits Ford had to order the part to fix my car. According to Ford Fury in Midrand I had to be given a rental car. I had to rent a car for 5 days. But now I contact Brits Ford but they just put me through from one person to another. I have sent 3 mails to Johan who is the Service Manager and he just does not reply on the matter. They are just ignoring me and think that I will go away. I even rented the cheepest smallest car possible so that I don't waste money on that. I even said that they can even only pay half of my rental cost of R1700 just to help as they were supposed to provide me with a borrow car. But now they just ignore me. REALLY REALLY bad service. </p>
