Poor Service

Worst service ever, still awaiting a resolution - vehicle went in on the 4th Dec 2024 for routine servicing now we are quoted R140K for engine replacement after they serviced vehicle and changed coolant leakage, how did they not diagnose this in September when we went in for sensor engine light replacement- I need urgent feedback from them and still getting the run around regarding this matter, our vehicle has been there for a full month of December 2024
