LAZARUS FORD CENTURION PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Booked in my car for a service, in perfect condition, just to get it back, after they have driven it for 10km (why they did this, I still didn’t get an answer) and the wheel alignment and balancing is completely stuffed, so bad, the steering wheel is not even straight when I drove straight. I had it sorted at Hi Q and paid for it, as I was leaving for holiday the next day.

When I took them on about it and insisted they pay the money I had to spend to get it fixed, got a famous old ‘ We can not take responsibility for that’

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! You leave your car with them in perfect condition and when you get it back, clearly something happened, causing the wheel balance and alignment go out… as this just doesn’t happen by itself… and they refuse to take responsibility.

MOST SHOCKING SERVICE EVER!!!! LAZARUS FORD CENTURION IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!
