The worst customer service

On the 18th of February 2022 I took my Ford Wildtrack for service . Took it in at 07:15.When I got to the workshop at 16:15 they havent even started with the service. Very unorganised. I will not recommend anyone from taking their vehicle there. And they charged me R1400 for a micro switch for the heating switch. Pathetic!!!😡😡
