Poor service delivery

Temp license set to expire 16.08.2023. I have not recieved plates and registration disc from dealership. I was sent NTAS and advise to do it myself at my cost and I will be refunded,no form of solution other then that which I can't do and sent them a mail as to why,still awaiting feedback . Good day the sale but follow through is poor customer service.
