Poor, Disappointing, Inconveniencing, Sloppy and Tedious customer service

You buy a car, you pay for convenience because the salesman by the name of Tshepo promised he will have your licensing and registration done for u. 2 weeks later you get a message from the same salesman saying they cant help anymore with that because u are in another town, just 2 hours outside of Kuruman… right in the same province mind you. You proceed to do that only to realise the dealership also **** about having taken your car for roadworthy testing. Which they conduct only after you contact the manager KC. You do all that is required from you despite being heavily inconvenienced and send all the receipts as requested on time for a refund only to wait and wait to no avail. The manager and the salesman Tshepo give me the run around and don't take accountability. I am at the time of writing this review still awaiting a refund, i am now yet again inconvenienced because i need my money for a trip. I keep calling the dealership but this morning my calls don't go through anymore, i guess they must have disengaged my number. My only form of communication is now Tshepo who keeps saying they are releasing the funds. This is an everyday story by the way. This is the poorest customer service of the highest level, sloppy customer relations, No bone of accountability and recklessness of a high calibre dealership. It is appalling to say the least. I guess they got what they wanted and their main focus is now unsuspecting new customers…. Buying a car should be a happy experience but it was muddy and tedious with Ford Kuruman for me. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted to say the least. Never again will i make a purchase with them nor recommend it to any of my family and friends. My anxiety levels are now shooting up the roof because of how inconvenienced i was. I just want my money so that i can close this chapter with them…
