Pathetic Srevice

On 7 February I took my vehicle to Kuruman Ford, I booked it in at 7:00. It went in for a reserve camera that is not working, it is a Ford Ranger 2019 2.0. They told me my vehicle will be ready at 12:00. By 16:00 they couldn't find any fault on my vehicle, they told me that the vehicle must stay for a few days. I told them that I stay in Kathu, they told me they will make the necessary arrangements and will come and fetch the vehicle the next week and that they will give me a courtesy vehicle. Since today nobody of Ford Kuruman has been in contact with me. This is the second time that I took my vehicle, a brand new one to Kuruman Ford, where the vehicle were the whole day there and nothing has been done or try to fix my vehicle, The last time I took it to another dealer and within a few hours my vehicle was sorted, they will never see me again.
