EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE KURUMAN FORD

If I could give - stars I would but - 5 is still not even acceptable for this bad service I received. First I struggled for days to just get a quote, the eventually I got a quote from another guy, paid and asked them to let me know when the water pipes are there. Asked the guy, he read my messaged but no reply, called Ford kuruman , no answer, then they promised that one of them are coming to kathu they will deliver the pipes, no delivery, no call, nothing. I have never in my life had such bad service. And I will never even buy a vehicle from kuruman Ford. I am willing to rather drive all the way to Vryburg or Upington to collect parts than to be troubled with such bad service received in kuruman. I am highly disappointed. I will not recommend anyone to them
