Ford Kempster empty promises

On 22 January 2021 we visited Ford Kempster in Gezina. We were not sure if we wanted to buy a new Ford Ranger, but everybody involved was so helpfull at first, including an employee of LK Holdings. We were told that if we buy this new Ranger there is a R20 000 cashback. Obviously that was good news. That promise was never honoured and they now have all kinds of excuses. Furthermore LK Holdings made promises to us and was going to send paperwork on this. For the last two weeks I ask every day for the paperwork and every day he promises but do not deliver. Also we are wanting to know how much the i surance are on this vehicle so we can decide if we want to take out our own. For us to do this we need the insurance papers which is apparently handled by LK Holdings. This is asked for every day for the last werk and still nothing but promises. We as cliennts feel that this is pathetic and unacceptable. Both parties were very keen on the sale but now we get no service as we reguested and promised to us. We are not happy. If this is the way you treat all your customers afterward, people should consider another dealer who actially values their customers and don't promise things which they don't deliver on.
