Ford Ranger 2.2TDCi SuperCab 4x4 Leaking Oil

I had an oil leak on my new vehicle since day 1. After 3 service bookings, more days off from work and various telephone calls the problem was still not sorted out, more than a year later. The Service Manager refused to talk to me anymore. To get rid of me their explanation was that I am abusing my vehicle. Eventually I had to travel to Johannesburg to get the problem fixed. Now I understand why many Ford owners in Bloemfontein travel to neigbouring town to service their vehicles.
