Terrible experience with this dealership

Bought a demo Eco Sport from them in October 2021. The Bluetooth calling function keeps cutting out and the steering controls don't always work. It is completely random. I have complained and complained and complained with no solution. I have taken the car in on Ford KR's instruction to Novel Ford in Paarl twice, still without the problem being solved. KR Ford was meant to take in my car last week, but again no communication occurred despite me following up. Terrible experience.
