Ford Halfway Kuilsriver pathetic service

I have bought a 2021 model Ford Ecosport 1.0 Titanium for my wife. From the beginning it had a noise on the aircon. We took the car back to Halfway Ford 5 times. After this efforts, Ford Head Office wrote me an email stating that this is a characteristic of these models....Pathetic excuse!!!!!
