Bad service - Used division

After selling me a Ford 2022 model with 68k on the clock, i reported a gearbox issue within the first 6months, it's been 6 weeks now and they still don't have the courtesy to give me a phone call after repeated messages and emails to look at options. Whats next Gentleman?
