Bad Service

I just want to share my bad experience i had with HALFWAY FORD KUILSRIVER ( Cape Town). Taking no responsibility at all for work done on my FORD RANGER 3.2 4x4 xlt. I booked my vehicle in,because it switches off while i'm driving. They charge me a fee because they must do a check what the problem is, after a week they report back to me its a gearbox sensor that is faulty. They replace the sensor which take them over a week. I took the bakkie and drove to the west coast to make sure that the problem is solve. Unforginatley the bakkie still have the same problem and something els happens on the box,the TORCH CONVERTERS plate came loose which is attach to the gearbox. They denied having anything to do with that. I tow the bakkie to them,They check the bakkie again and requested that i should replace the Torch Converter, i replace the Torch Converter and they put it back on, charge me again for the work. Give the bakkie for the 2nd time back to me while i'm driving there was a bad gearbox oil leak and there was nothing wrong with the gearbox at all. All of a sudden there's a oil leak from the gearbox which they don't understand. I send the box with the Torch Converter to a gearbox specialist to check whats wrong, and they report back to FORD and to me that FORD damages the seal inside the box while puttung the Torch Converter back which they also denied. but they work on the box. I ask them to replace the seal but they will have to replace the whole oil pump because the seal is attach to the oil pump. They strip the whole gearbox which was nothing wrong in the first place and replace the oil pump inside the box. The assemple the torch converter and the gearbox together and send it back to FORD KUILSRIVER. Ford put the complete gearbox with torch converter back into the bakkie and according to REX GEARBOX and ENGINE they misses one DAL PIN, which they did not put in and because of that PIN the box run out of alignment and make a lot of damages inside the box. And still they in denial not to commit to any wrong doing. The gearbox which was nothing wrong with is now in pieces and it cost me now over R60 000 to repair. The manager and foreman denied any wrong doing but they forget that they work on the bakkie and no one els. I email ford compliants call center and i never get a responds from them thats how bad it is. For me as a first time ford buyer, i think that it was the wrong decision the buy a ford bakkie.
