Worst experience ever - FORD Galactic Auto Polokwane

<p>I purchase a used Ford Fiesta St end of 2016, I contacted the used manager and the salesman when I got home. The window had three cracks in, the car feels like it has a flat spot on the road. After many attempts for them to rectify this, still no response. The permit expires in five days and I have yet to receive any kind of attempt to get this sorted. I also purchased an extended warranty, I have not received any form of proof that this has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever.</p>
