Technician

I serviced my Ford bakkie at BB auto Polokwane.

The service consultants were professional and polite.

However the technician did not do the required work and I had to return to the dealership for him to do simple things which he should have done. I find that to be pathetic and a poor level of work ethic. I have been informed by staff that the technicians name is Marius. This technician has wasted not only my time but resources too because I had to bring my vechile in a second time for what was meant to be done in the original service

I hope this Marius person recieves better training
