Worst service Ever!!!

<p>Hi there,</p> <p>I would like to lay a formal complaint against your Consultant Dwayne Storey from the Ford Fury on William Nicol. Who was supposed to submit my invoice for a refund on a service that was perfomed on my car on the 5th of May 2016.</p> <p>I have waited for my refund for 3 weeks now, in the meantime, the company i have a service plan with has paid for my invoice and Ford Fury has received payment. I fowarded my banking details for the dealership on Friday and was assured that the money will be in my account Friday or Sa****ay. It is now Monday and the money still doesnt reflect in my account.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Can i please get a competent person to call me as i am really frustrated by the way Dwayne Storey has been handling this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thank you</p> <p>Phila Malunga</p> <p>***</p>
