Worse service by Ford Fury Midrand

Took my Ford Focus to Fury Midrand beginning May for service. Reported brake shudder however workshop manager and technician did not correct nor check the problem but gave feedback that all is well. Only found out on my way to EC that shudder is still there. Took vehicle for 2nd opinion to Brake and clutch specialist only to find out that discs need to be skimmed and replaced pads. Shudder gone till now. Went back to Fury Midrand met service adviser (who was very helpful), technicician, workshop manager and service manager. Workshop manager initially denied shudder being reported for check, service advisor confirmed she told him and he later admtted and confirmed they did not check. Service manager promised to deal with the matter and give me feedback as that amounted to negligence and putting clients safety at risk. To date service manager never called let alone email as promised.
