Worse Service

I called to book my car in to check the engine light as it has been on and I was told to bring in my car even though it was fully booked yesterday (12/06/2019) and they will look at it and I did left my car at their dealer yesterday.

Nothing happened during the day abut they are busy accessing my car for windscreen instead of engine which was the reason I took it to them. around 17:00 I called to follow up to find out that they are busy with my car and they didn't want to provide transport or drop me off at school that I ended up missing my class.

I had to keep calling them from yesterday and today for feedback to find out the assessment was done late yesterday and the issue is a factory fault which is covered by the warranty and I was informed that the parts are available in the warehouse and to be informed that the parts has been ordered and the car will be done tomorrow.

I told them that I need a courtsey car or someone to drop me off at school tomorrow to be told I need to use Uber and I request them to finish everything by lunch but they don't want to do it.
