waited for a part for 2 month and still waiting even now, no feedback nothing just quietness

the worst service ever I'm sooo disappointed with FORD even the customer service guy did nothing about my query, I went there to buy parts and i was told i will receive them the following day but guess what still haven't received it even now, it's been two months. I spoke to the client service, and they told me this will be sorted, and it's been two weeks waiting .i was constantly calling them to a point where they were getting irritated by my calls, and they told me they will call me once the part is delivered so it's been two month now waiting no follow up feedback or just to let me know they still waiting.
