************* and bad service!

I took my car to Ford Fury for a service on the 27th October. I was told of the things that needed replacement and fixing. I had agreed that they do whatever its needed for my car I will pay. A day later, my car made funny sounds. I took it back, and I later experienced brake issues...again I took it back and I was instructed to book it in. I booked it and still it was not fixed, my car is still making funny sounds and they even took a phone that was left by my son in the car. I have been calling in for a follow up and nothing has been done. Bad service!!!!!
