Unnaceptable repairs

I took my car to Ford for repairs on a water leak and a knock on the rear left brake. received car back with a 12k bill for things i did not report. Water repair fixed but rear knock still present after adjusting brakes and now radio not functioning. Returned the vehicle based on the issues to get another bill of 2k to fix the rear brake knock and told they would have to send radio in for repairs at my expense after having looked from their side. Received the vehicle now all of my brakes whine.... the rear knock is subtle but still present and now none of the button on the center console work under the radio (which is where they were working on the radio) after inquiring once again they said no that's just unlucky electronics work that way - the bill to fix the new issue created will be another 10k for a new master unit as they don't do repairs - That would be a totoal bill of 24k to fix a broken water pump and a rear drum - Im completely disgusted in Ford not taking any accountability for anything that occurs whilst in their workshop - this and the car still only has 80k kilometers on the clock. I am in as bad a position as original if not worse
