Theft, Ford Fury Woodmead.

I was devastated when I picked up my Ford Ranger Wildtrack from Woodmead Ford Fury. I had a hardtop cover on the back bin of the bakkie which was practically new. When I picked up my bakkie I noticed that there were major damages by way of scratches, some deep indentations. I immediately informed the service manager who took photos of the damages. On further inspection I noticed that the entire back cover was changed to an older cover. The service advisor said that he will escalate the matter. I had to follow up a few times telephonically a day later with no help. I eventually decided to go back to the dealership, where I met the service advisor who then called his Manager. The manager was not at the dealerships but in my telephonic discussion with her was that she will do a thorough investigation but she can say that, thT kind of incident won't happen at the said dealership. (How objective would this investigation be) more subjective if you ask me . This entire incident happened on the 7th of December 2020. My further follow up was the 8th December 2020. The manger informed me that she will deal with it the first thing on 09 December 2020. At 12h00 on 09 December 2020 I called her and she now says that I'm next on the list. I worries me as to how many investigations that goes on at Ford Fury Woodmead if my investigation can only be dealt with Midday after the date of complaint. If body parts can be taken/ swopped or ******. What else can be stopped and go unnoticed to the layman. There should be no excuse for a Ford dealership which engages in this kind of behavior/ action
