****** Spare Wheel

My father came in to your dealership today for a service. He inspected his vehicle before check in ensure his information matched with whoever would be inspecting the car and everything was as it should, I can attest to this. Security signed his vehicle in, with no thorough inspection and was directed to the service inspector who mentioned nothing off with the car. Later on during collection he is told the car had no spare wheel! Completely untrue as it was clearly there when he dropped of his car this morning. The DP said he would have a look at his 'videos' to check if the spare wheel was there or not as he trusts the security guard who signed in the car to be miss the spare wheel... how is this possible when the guy didn't even do a thorough check??? Walking around the car and concluding that there was no spare wheel?? Unfortunately we have seen far too many cases like these and we will be involving our lawyers! How does a spare wheel go missing and who would travel around without one??
