Shocking Ford service

I took my vehicle, a Ford Ecosport in to Ford Fury Midrand to sort out the issues that Ford SA had with the recent defects that saw my vehicle broken into. I have communicated with Ford SA with regards to the defects and they so politely push the blame on to the consumer even though it was a defect with the Ecosports and Fiestas fuelled by inside information being leaked out that ended in the hands of the ********* in South Africa. The thing that baffles me is how did the ******** community know that there was a defect in these specific batches of vehicles? How did Ford know that they need to do something to subsequent batches of vehicles so that they did not end up like the "problem ones"? Anyway, my vehciles went in various times to the dealership, firstly to do the security upgrades, then to fix issues that they had caused with the initial work. I also asked for my radio to be checked because of intermittent loss of sound. The first time nothing was done about it. I then spoke to the Service Manager and he arranged for the vehicle to come in again. The vehcile was there for the best part of a day an when I got it back, it worked perfectly. The next day the problem was back. I contacted the dealership and was informed that the message would be passed on to the Service Manager because he was not in at the time. I called 2 days later to speak to him and he was not available and was transferred to his cellphone where i left a voicemail. It is now a week later and I have not had a call back or any response from Fury Ford. With all the issues around the product defect and now the lack of service, I am definitely totally despondent with Ford. I truly hope that someone, somewhere could find the problem with the radio as my trust and confidence in Ford is at an all time low.
