Sandton Ford Fury

Our car was taken for repairs at Fordfury Sandton two months ago. it is a very new car with a new spare wheel. When we collected it from them we did not check the spare wheel as we trusted them. A few weeks down the line when we opened where the spare wheel was we found out that it has been exchanged with the old one. we queried the company and they promised to get the footage for us . To my surprised the lady by name of Debbie says that it cannot be found were to late. The car was taken to them on the 23rd July and collected on the 25th July. We noticed the tyre a month later and reported immediately and gave them a full month to get the footage, only today she says she cant get it. All these happend within 3 months. A car is 4x4 bakkie Ford Ranger the latest model. kindly assist us .
