'Purchase' your car and don't pay you.

<p>I handed over my keys to Carlo Numes at Fury Ford on the 2017/04/22. He advised that payment would probably be a week, but wait a few more days if I had not received it.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 4th of May I emailed him enquiring as to when the payment will take place - no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed again on the 8th of May - no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 11th of May my fiance phoned him and a screenshot of the sms confirming the settlement amount was sent to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>5 Days later I still have not been paid, and the settlement amount as per the screeshot expires today 2017/05/16</p> <p> </p> <p>Further to this I guess I am going to have to forfeit another month's payment on the vehicle?? I would expect them to refund me for the time they have had the vehicle and withheld payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>The whole reason I sold the car to Ford is because I trusted that I would not have this type of thing happen - I am indefinitely in New Zealand which makes it difficult to chase after everyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor show Ford.</p>
