Poor workmanship

I'm from Secunda and generally not happy with my local Ford dealership, so I took my Ford Everest limited to Fury Ford Midrand. At 1st they seemed professional until my vehicle got the their carwash department. When I got my car the whole front bumper was full of oil markings literally the whole front bumber, so decided to do inspection around my vehicle and noticed, the bug juice was still present on the mirrors. At the rear still mud, so they took my keys out of my hand to go and wash it again. I decided to go and check what they are doing in the wash bay. So they didn't re wash my car thye just wiping it with a dry cloth scratching my car. So I took my car key and drove of because I was very angry. When driving out into the sun I noticed my mirrors are scratched because of whipping the dirt on the inside of the mirrors and not flushing the dirt of with water and then washing and drying. I also noticed the left floormat engine oil was on the mat due to the old parts on the floor mat. Also noticed engine oil spillage on the inside of the engine bay. Really poor workmanship. You work hard and pay alot for your vehicle and this is what you get. I'm pretty sure if I'm going to do more inspections around my vehicle I will find more deviations
