Poor service, yet still trying to make a profit out of customer

I experienced the worst customer experience at Ford Fury on WIlliam Nicol Johannesburg. I had to go back and forth between work and my day off to Ford Fury William Nicol 5 times to try and get a door lock replaced. The staff do not know how to coomunicate between themselves, when I arrived to collect car the first time nothing was done on my car - no lock replaced and the car was still dirty inside and out (yet I was rushed by their driver to collect car since it was clean and ready - one gets threatened if you don't take the lift you will be stuck at work). Then I took the car in for attempt 2 on my day off, only to be told later in the day that the "new" lock in stock was broken - i would expect Ford to make sure they have correct parts in working order before making the client drive 20 km to the dealership. Upon arriving the third time on a monday, I asked about the discount to be given, they were only willing to give R100 off on a R4500 job. This is unaccetable that Ford still tries to make profit off ths cutsomer after such poor and dismal customer service..... My advice don't buy a Ford, they only caire about the bottom line and don't care about the customer's experience!
