Poor service

This morning I waited an hour before I was taken home by the driver. Only after the receptionist told the Sandton driver I have been waiting so long. I'm currently waiting for the driver to come and fetch me which should have been 4pm it is now 16:40. After being 10 min late (and me standing in the road waiting for him)I phoned and was told they cant tell me how long the driver is going to be.
