"Not our problem"

This is a stern warning if you were thinking of purchasing a used vehicle through Fury Renault in Amanzimtoti. From the time I purchased the car in March, I've had issues which any reputable dealership would've noticed and ironed out. First I had to take my car in to the service centre days after I received it because it was jerking. A few elements in my car (wheel stoppers) were missing. It has hardly been ten months (5 months of lockdown where the car wasn't being used), the bumper Infront is hanging loosely. After consulting with the GM at the Fury Renault branch in Amanzimtoti, he had a quick look at the car, pointed out a scratch underneath and immediately told me that I need to find a panel beater and get my insurance to pay. He practically distanced Himself (the dealership) from any responsibility. Please do yourselves a favour and steer clear from purchasing used cars from this place.
