No radio for 4months

I bought my Ford Figo Ambiente in July 2014 from Ford in Rustenburg (Waterfall Mall). <br> <br> 23/12/2014 my radio suddenly stopped working. After my delayed response from Woodmead Ford Fury about my radio that was to be ordered on 8/1 I turned to Rustenburg Ford. I reside in JHB and the nearest Ford to me is Woodmead, that is why I went to them first. 9/3 I had my radio to be checked by RTB Ford hoping they would be able to assist. They took the radio out and said they would have to send it to JHB. It would be have to be checked by the technician at some Electronic company they use to fix radios. Desmond was the one who assisted my Mom ( as she dropped car off). He said we would have to wait 5weeks for the radio. 16/4 I contacted Desmond for an update as he was to give feedback on the 14th. He said radio will be ready on the 17th and they will deliver at my nearest Ford for pick up but I must call the electronic company to follow up. Friday 24/4 I call to Electronic company, they say radio went out to Rustenburg Ford on 16/4. Desmond says, they don't have it. I don't have it and I have been paying my instalments. I DON\T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE. Where can I drop it off for refund?"
