LACK OF SERVICE, ACCOUNTABILITY and DAMAGE TO OUR VEHICLE
UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE, total lack of accountability, and **** promises.
We took our Ford Transit van into Ford Fury on William Nicol on 22nd March 2022. We were informed by their service department that during the end stage of the service, when vehicles are valeted, our vehicle was damaged and would need to be taken to a panel beaters - of course, this would be at the expense of Ford Fury. We were offered a similar model courtessy vehicle for our use while the repairs were done, which we accepted and informed them of the urgency of the situation. We also requested images of the damage, a written report and the details of where the vehicle would be repaired. We followed up on 4th April with phone calls, and emails - as no vehilce had been delivered, no images or reports had been received either. Again, we followed up with emails and telephone calls on 6th, 8th, 11th, 12th and today, the 13th we are going personally going to the premises of Ford Fury. We are also seeking legal advice.
We have had no response to our emails of 12th and 13th (as of 14h37) from any of the contacted individuals, and alhough the situation was escalated, we have heard nothing from the Dealer Principle, Pouche Moore.
This has impacted on our income as we have been unable to service our bookings which required delivery and collection of equipment. We would have hired a vehicle to enable us to service our clients had we known we would be shifted from pillar to post in this disgraceful manner.
Totally unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour from staff and management.
