Just pushing for sales

If only i had an option to write a review without even givin you one star. I would. I am deeply disappointed. When i bought a demo vehicle, i knew it is a vehicle that has been on the road for sometime but i didnt know my sales person wouod just push to sell the vehicle without even checking the spare wheel. This morning my rear wheel had a puncture. For the first time i got the car from September, i took the spare wheel out so i can go get my rear wheel checked as i didnt want to drive and hurt my new Mac Rim. What a dissapointment, tge spare wheel is damaged beyond repair and its not like Ford Fury Midrand did not notice or know about this because they went to the extend of putting oil on the wheel and it looked so new to me.

I am a woman. How could i have checked for damages on the spare wheel. All i did is open the boot and see black shiny wheel and thought, mmmm this is new. Little did i know.

Buying one tyre to replace the spare wheel wont be a train smash for me, but the level of service is quite disturbing. Why would you put such a wheel in the boot. I dont think i would have complained if the car didnt come with spare wheel cz at least i would have known that i need to buy new one quickly. What if i needed the wheel in the middle of no where? Away from garages? Dhame on you Fury Ford Midrand.
