*********** service at Ford Fury

Hello Peter, the service at Ford Fury Midrand is the most **********! I took my car on the 15th December 2020 for an Actuator Assy to be fixed. I was assisted by a lady called Rochelle. She didn't even check that I still had warranty on my vehicle and she told me I would have to pay the car myself. I took my car again on the 10th June for ABS and was assisted by Jo-Anne who also never bothered to check if I still had warranty and told me to pay. I took this up with Traficc who have my warranty and confirmed that Rochelle never called or sent them an email in December to find out about the warranty. Trafficc checked the claim and refunded me back my money. With the ABS Trafficc sent an email to Jo-Anne on the 18th to refund me back and they still haven't. I wouldn't advise anyone to have their car serviced at this dealership. They are ***********, ***** who keep telling you they are working on it and they never do.
