I need help please

My Ford has been in for repairs at basil green edenvale for 25 days now. .. I have lost all my work and no loan car was ever offered due to me not being able to swipe for R5000. Woodmead last December, after having my car for over an week, gave me a Ford ranger as a loan car. Now I'd never driven such a big car before, so when turning aroundon the lot, I drove over a Barack, cause i did see it it due to the fact that the bonnet was so high. I reported it to the manager Rika. She checked the car, everything was fine... in returned the ranger in perfect condition.

Two weeks later then was an igniton problem.when I took the car in they had a loan Figo waiting for me.

The manage of Basil Green edenvale told me yesterday that he was advised by Rika of Woodmead not to give me a loan car because no crashed their car and drove over spike. Lies. .. she also said to AB shy never wants to deal with me again.

My car broken down this time in Kempton and was towed by the AA to edenvale. Edenvale conracted woodmead who did not want to take the car.

The actual problem is too long to explain. But my issue is not been given a loan car in 25 days, and Rika of Woodmead telling lies and giving horrible advise to edenvale. So if my car has issues in future woodmead won't fix it cause Rika doesn't want to DEAL WITH ME anymore.. doesn't Ford have a slogan about customern service that's everywhere to be seen?

Somebody in Ford higher up please help me.... Please....
