horourable service from Fury Ford Sandton

<p>its couple months I've been up and down with Fury Sandton, since my car went for the service is not right. now they cant get the gearbox right. they took my car to gear center several time in boksburg. Silvan from Ford send me a communication email to saying i have to make time to go to boksburg and test drive the car which i went friday and i ended up being involve in an accident while test driving the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am so fustrated now that am sitting with another problem on top of another problem. i just want Silvan (service manager to get my car be fixed. and everytime i have to pick up the phone and communicate with Silvan</p> <p> </p> <p>their customer service is very poor and perthetic. i jsut want everything to be sorted nothing else. I am tired of running or complaining.</p>
