Hatfield Motor Group, Ford Fury Fourways not answering the phone to cancel cover after i sold the car.

I bough Tyre and Body Cover after being motivated by the FNI. Now I have sold the car and I can't cancel the cover since they won't answer the phone. I don't understand how they can sell covers which customers can't cancel, especially when they don't have the vehicle anymore. I have tried the number for Fury Fourways for a over a week to cancel, even the number listed on the policy but no one is answering, this is a ****. Buy a cover from these guys at own risk, now i am sitting with a cover i can't cancel.
