Gave a client faulty vehicle after service

My Ford Tourneo bus went in for a 45000km service at Ford Fury William Nicol on the 25 August 2016, they replaced brake pads and I was charged R5500. then 2 to 3 weeks later the vehicle showed the same message saying I need to replace the brake pads service, I phoned Ford Fury William Nicol and I was dealing Kobus the workshop foreman and he said I should bring the vehicle back in, I took it back in again and then the message was cleared, when I asked what was wrong they said no sensors were lose and now its sorted. How can sensors be lose after the service surely this wasn’t double checked. I took the vehicle home and again after 3 weeks on the 11 October 2016 again the vehicle showed me another message now and says "Engine Service Now" I phoned Ford fury and explained what is happening and asked them what is wrong and why am I getting so many issues after the service and they said no it should be fine, When I spoke to Kobus I asked to bring the vehicle in and have a look at it and he said no that message will just disappear on its own. I refused and I said I’m bringing in the vehicle through, I took the vehicle in and he just looked at it and said its fine I can take it, its sound issue and I must remove the sound and of which the message it’s still there, I refused to take it on Tuesday and he promised to give me a call and let me know what is happening. On Wednesday 12 October 2016 he never called me and I ended up calling after 2pm to ask on a progress of my vehicle, Kobus said the vehicle is fine now and when I get to the branch vehicle still shows Engine Service Now and he said no the issue is with the sound system, I asked him how does the sound system and engine get along, he said no it’s the sound, when I asked him if I remove this sound system will the engine be alright and he said no he cannot guarantee this, so I guess he is just gambling here playing guess work. He charged me another R850 for a diagnose and of which I paid again, He forced me to take the vehicle and I took it at 4:00pm and then on my way home same day I had breakdown on a highway about 5:15pm, the oil licking and the vehicle stopped immediately. I’m not happy that Kobus workshop foreman would force a client to take a faulty vehicle and then now I don’t have a vehicle for days.
