FURY FORD WOODMEAD STOLE MY SPARE TYRE WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN ANNUAL SERVICE

On the 17 September I took my car in for a service at Fury Ford Woodmead. Later on when I picked up the car I went straight to TNT to buy new tyres. When a consultant at TNT opened my boot we discovered that my spare tyre was missing. I immediately called Ford to ask them about my missing tyre and I was told that they will check the cameras. I decided to drive back there and I was told that my spare was ******. So the Services guy then took me to speak to his Manager, I was shocked with how the Manager responded, she showed no empathy and she was not even surprised. All she said to the guy was "Well, just apologize and order her a new tyre" She was not even interested in talking to me and they way she reacted looked like this is normal to them. There was no explanation as to how my tyre got ****** and what will happen, After showing just a video clip of my spare tyre in the boot, they then told that they will order a new tyre and deliver it me. So Fury Ford Woodmead is busy *****ing from their own customers and then have the audacity to send me an email to rate their service.
