<p>After days of trying to fix a simple issue like a Rear View Mirror Cover we are excatly at square one. You know what...they are pathetic ! Thank goodness I dont drive a Ford...but my son does. The service is pathetic! Thier sense of urgency is pathetic! They are just pathetic! Ive decided to take the car back....and I'll actually fix iy myself. What a joke.</p>
