Fury Ford Midrand the worst possible dealer ever!!!!!!

Fury Ford Midrand. worst possible and ********* service ever.

If you are in the market to buy a ford please trust me on this one and NEVER EVER deal with Fury Ford Midrand you will be left very disappointed and will not even consider buying a ford ever especially if you are changing from any other brand of vehicle. So my experience with them: I had been doing a deal with Fury Fourways (just as bad) wanted to purchase a brand new ford ranger biturbo wildtrack 4x4, after 2 weeks of going to the dealership and them saying they have stock once finance was done they say no stock and I need to wait 2 weeks, I called around looking for stock on my own accord as I don't have a vehicle as I sold my car because they could not give me a price. I spoke to Lesiba from Fury ford Midrand who said he will check stock for me and get back to me, I on numerous occasions asked if he could do the same deal as Fury Fourways he said that he could. I sent him the invoice that I received from Fourways at 10:54am in the morning, I thereafter spoke to him throughout the day as he was trying to get me a car. He called me at 4pm saying he found a car I thereafter asked if I could cancel my deal with Fourways as I was about to pay the deposit. He confirmed I should cancel, I then spoke to their finance lady to sort out the necessary paperwork and get their banking details. which was sent to me at about 5pm. I suddenly get a call the next morning saying they cant do the deal because they coming up 5k short as they don't know how Fourways did the deal. I mean all of this and even telling me cancel my deal including sending me banking details and then to tell me they cant do a deal, so why in the first place tell me you could do the deal if you have not read the quote I sent to Lesiba. To Top it off I speak to the Sales manager Demma or something and Lesiba has given a totally different version of the story, then they want to pull out legalities like "we didn't give you anything in writing" So then why send me the banking details and ask for my application that I did with Fourways and confirm it if they could not do the same deal? Now the cream of the crop I spoke to the Dealer Principle who like always will listen to you but then tell you to go to hell politely, didn't even bother to apologise. Then he said he will give the car to fourways to help me out if they want to do the deal. I then contact fourways to advise them of this. Then I get a call from Lesiba(Fury Midrand) still asking me if I can do the deal with 5k extra, which I would never agree to. Then they now tell me they cant get the car or give the car to Fourways. Bottom line do not do business with them, you will be given the run around and when it comes to you putting your neck on the line they will drop you or disappoint you. Such unthethical service. I even asked if their calls are recorded to which they say no. I would have loved to pick out those calls to show them what a bunch of ***** they are.

Do yourself a favour never deal with Fury Ford Midrand, you will thank me later!!!
