Ford poor service

I bought a demo Argya 2021 model which wasn’t serviced at 30000 this the warranty for 100k is null and void. I fought about this with the salesperson and Cassim the sales manager but no joy.

I wrote to vehicle ombudsman who suggested I contact another motor vehicle body since the car if fully functional. I emailed and phoned Deon who promised to help but vanished also.

The ford salesperson was rude also,*********** and unprofessional.

Please help it’s been 3 months stuck with a car without a warranty I have since serviced the car myself.
