Ford Poor Quality and Service

I have a 2019 Ford Everest 2 litre single turbo with 15000 km. The car had a rattling noise every time i went over a speed hump so i took it to Ford in Woodmead to be fixed. In the space of a month, I took it back 3 times and they finally said they fixed it. Upon collecting my vehicle, i arrive and my windscreen had a huge crack and nobody bothered to tell me about it prior to taking delivery. After all the inconvenience i went through, the car still has a very unsettling suspension related noise and I don't know where to take it to be fixed. This car is under warranty and I just want to walk away from Ford.

I have been really, really disappointing by Ford quality, technical abilities and customer service.
