ford fury william nicol **** to me tried to dis-honour my warranty and messed up my cars steering so much that it locks while I drive

<p>I took my car in for a service early this year , when i got a call from ford saying my car needs around R26,000.00 in repairs and that these part are under warrenty but ford has canceled my warrenty so I asked the why and they said i didn't service my car in time so i look through the service manuel and found that I had kept up to date with all my services so I got in contact with ford and they agreed so they said it will take 3 weeks to reinstate my warrenty ,I told them to do the service but not the repairs since ford must pay for that when i got my car back my alarm started going off randomly and my doors started unlocking while i was driving , . 6 week later they reinstated my warrenty and replaced some parts and told me to come back the next day for a few more repairs. while I waited for my car some of the mechanices raced my car bouncing it over the bunp by the entrace to the service entrance and the guy who I was dealing with said" don't worry thats not your car" which was strange its not every day you see a car that looks exactly like yours and with the exact same number plate (sarcastic). when I got my car the steering which they had repaired was very scratchy . the next day when I took my car in for the rest of the repairs my steering locked up lucky me there wasn't any one around after wiggling the steering loose i carried on to the service station and told the impatient mechanic what happened he seemed to not care nor did he want to listen , i spoke to someone who looked like the manager and he told them to fix it ,that evening i collected my car and saw the cost of repairs and it was only around R6000.00 (what happened to the other R20,000.00 worth of repairs that they were okay to make me pay for) when i got my car back they said they need to wait for the dome light replacemnt so they will give me a call when it comes , it has been two weeks now and my steering has locked up again and still no call ..... this is the service and quality of cars ford is selling to the public and im sick and tired of ford this is the last ford I will ever own and when ever someone asks my about cars I'll tell them about my experince and tell them any other brand but ford ...</p>
