Ford Fury William Nicol - Friendly and Helpful

The team at Ford Fury William Nicol is excellent! They have really made an effort to help me out as much as possible.

A month ago, I had a major issue with the fuel sender unit and the fuel filter - everything was replaced at no charge (it was under warranty - the amount would have been around R10 000) and I also received a courtesy car while the repair work was being done. The manager (Ben van Niekerk) and the team were keeping me informed as often as possible.

Moreover, I did my major service last week Thursday (5th October) and I asked if the service cost amount could be reduced slightly (what with the dismal economic situation) - the manager went out of his way to organise a reduced amount.

I am really pleased with Ford Fury William Nicol and would recommend them highly!
