Ford fury sandton

I had the most terrible experience with Ford fury sandton...the manager for used cars Archie Crane is rude and has no customer service whatsoever...I sent an email 3 weeks ago complaining about money that was deducted from the initial amount that I had paid them. R16500 to be exact. I sent an email to finance manager and asked if he could forward my compliant to their complaints department...still no feedback... I wanted to purchase a car from them worth 425k I paid 325k and was paid the money back R16500 Short.....I requested to cancel the deal in December but I was told that is not an option as this is not pep stores where people laybye? What makes Archie think I shop at pep stores ? Demeaning statement from a “manager” ...the vehicle was sold in January without anyone informing me...when I called to pay the balance in March I was told the car was sold ...it further took them weeks before paying me...I want my R16,5 k ....if not please provide a written agreement between you and I of the interest that I will be charged if the car is not collected at a certain time...I also need to understand what interest is charged daily for this situation...
