Ford Fury Fourways - very bad customer service.

Booked my car, in advance for a 105k service. On service day car was dropped off at 6:30am. Received phone call before 10am to inform me they do not have the required parts and have to order this. Clearly no planning happening here. Then I spent hours waiting for my car to be washed.
