Ford fury amzimintoti

Hi guys I booked my car in for service at Ford fury at amzimintoti on Monday. At pick up off my vehicle Ford focus found that there was deep scratches on my center console where the technication worked with my hand brake,hand brake lever cover was damaged and worn messed with grease. I informed the manger from workshop. He informed me that there nothing he can do about the handbrake cover. Waste of time I spend two hours waiting for him to attend to me.
